This eye-catching participation object is an experience-oriented way for teams and departments to remind people of their values. Ideal for entrance areas of companies or departments - for workshops, meetings or events.

Reinforced by the human instinct to play, the VALUES WALL triggers a brief reflection and draws attention to the desired values ​​as well as to the personal implementation of these. It increases the motivation of all those involved by rewarding the lived values ​​by allowing them to take a chip and insert it, while having an acoustic and visual experience. In addition, any values ​​that may have been neglected are shown as gaps and can therefore be addressed.

The VALUES WALL is currently available in two editions:

• The “Wall Edition” (this product) has a hanger on the back for attaching it to the wall.
• The “table edition” (with extended wooden base) with a high-quality base made of oiled oak, which also contains the chips for voting.

The VALUES WALL provides six pillars for coordinating the “currently lived values”.

The enclosed bright orange chips (60 pieces) are used for voting.

To restart the process, the VALUES WALL can be “reset”: To do this, turn it upside down so that the chips can roll out.

The object is intended for small teams. Since the values ​​can be swapped using the value cards, it is also possible, for example, to fill two columns with the same value to allow several people to vote on the same value.

For larger teams, several VALUES WALLS can be combined and, for example, each wall can then only show one value.
