Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

We deliver to Germany, the EU and worldwide.

In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee for delivery. The flat-rate delivery charge includes statutory VAT. The stated reduced VAT for shipping costs (7%) only applies if at least one book is included in the order and the purchase price of the books in the shopping basket is higher than other products. In the invoice enclosed with the parcel/package, this will be shown accordingly and corrected to 19% if necessary. The shipping costs are displayed in the shopping basket and at the checkout.

For digital content (e-books, software, etc.), which we send to almost every country by e-mail (with download link), there are no shipping costs.

For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes and fees may be incurred which are not included in the total price displayed.
