A values perspective game for organizations and teams

On 24 cards you will find typical pain points and everyday problems in organizations – often things that are rarely discussed openly.

The back of each card invites you to a value-based, deliberately irritating question
This leads to a change in perspective. This shifts the focus from the problem to a value-based solution.

Whether in a workshop, team meeting, or coaching session, the game brings you into conversation in a lighthearted yet profound way. It strengthens connections and creates clarity about shared values —and thus also about your relationships.

Systemically structured

The topics are based on the four goals of effective value work, which are symbolic
can be found on the respective maps:

• Recognize IDENTITY
• Live AUTHENTICITY
• Strengthening INTEGRITY
• Developing rituals

Game variations

1. SELECT FOCUS TOPICS :
   Lay out all the cards (front side up). Select the topics that resonate with you and discuss possible solutions using the questions on the back.
2. META-TOPIC CLUSTERS :
   Lay out all the cards. Connect cards with similar core themes to form topic clusters. Choose the most relevant cluster and work through the card questions together.
3. VALUES WALK :
   Everyone draws a card and reflects silently. Afterwards, a walk and talk in pairs or small groups addresses the respective perspective questions.
